Assignment: Provide an analysis and recommendations on a current client portal project. Ascertain and fully document the business strategy. Health check the environment and detail a project strategy to meet requirements over the next 12 months.
Term: 10+ days consultancy assignment.
Summary of services: Nubo were engaged to perform a number of tasks, including:
- review the current portal deployment and short-term roadmap
- capture the business requirements
- perform a gap analysis between business requirement and current deployment and roadmap
- identify the critical business elements and their dependencies
- provide recommendations to enable a tactical approach to implement remaining business requirements along with required resources
- provide a Project Initiation Document (PID) and associated project plan detailing required resources and skill sets
- facilitate the establishment of a project board to drive the project forward and
- to help recruit a product manager to manage the client’s 4 product offerings.
