Assignment: Attendance on-site at end client premises providing technical project manager services to coordinate third party resources and to liaise with the end client for the delivery of main IT services. Production of documentation to support business and project.

Summary of services: Nubo was asked to provide on-site consultancy work, working with a leading charity organisation on behalf of the MSP. The work involved the creation of a Project Initiation Document (PID) to enable the project structure, including scope, stakeholders and timescales to be captured. This was obtained through the facilitation of a number of workshops, liaising with both the end client and 3rd party resources. The overall objective of the IT project was to reduce the complexities of the IT infrastructure currently in operation, reduce the high number of suppliers and ensure that the end client was receiving value for money from their IT services. A business strategy document was produced detailing the core business services and current suppliers. This document along with the PID, project plans and work schedules were used to scope out the transformation and transition of services that would be undertaken. The completed documentation pack was then approved by the MSP technical authority and presented back to the end client for approval. The approved restructuring project was then handed over to the MSP project management team for delivery.
